Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  
  
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  
  
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-returnable.
  
  

To initiate a return, please email us at mirellehomeinfo@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide instructions for sending your item back to the supplier. Once the return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
